As usual, thank you all for your input on this subject.  I have done a
significant amount of research over the years and more recently for this
project, but wanted to get a fairly 'mixed' group of responses, just to
check in, if nothing else.  I have come to the same conclusion that I did
last year when I went through the same decision-making process and that is
to not use the vinyl and recommend the TPO over the built up systems.  The
TPO worked very well on my last project and, if the architect approves it,
will work very well on this application.  What it boils down to is that I
still hate vinyl.
