Tom:

The current list on the USGBC website is the best I know of. It was updated
August 3, 06 - pretty fresh!

Cheers,

Ralph

Subject: Big Green: Sustainability Legislation

I am attempting to summarize several different approaches to legislating
sustainable design principles into new construction projects, and I am
trying to find a list of current jurisdictions that have implemented
sustainable design legislation. The list on the USGBC website appears to be
somewhat dated at this time.

Does anyone know if a summary exists? I've broken down legislation into
three primary types: Legislative Fiat (Thou shalt be LEED Silver),
Voluntary Adoption (We encourage you to pursue sustainable design), and
Incentive Programs (Tax credits, expedited review, etc.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
