relationships
*	Interface with product and service providers.

*	Staff Development

 

General Operations and Administration

*	Office Management
*	Correspondence
*	Proofreading and editing
*	Establish and implement policies and procedures

 

Marketing

*	Development of Lorax marketing mix
*	Development of presentation and educational materials

 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

*	Development, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or relative
real estate industry experience 
*	LEED Accredited 
*	Project management skills or highly effective organizational skills
*	Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet
application 
*	College degree is preferred. 

 

Requirements:

*	People skills - listening, communication, presentation  and positive
attitude
*	Excellent writing skills - both formal and informal
*	Organized, prompt and responsive
