Big Green: LEED EQ 4.2

Can someone please verify that the LEED requirement for NC 2.2 EQ 4.2 is 
for SCAQMD rule 1113 effective January 1, 2004.  A product we have on a 
project meets the 2004 standard but does not meet the 2007 standard. There 
are no NC v2.2 CIRs for this credit.

 And yes I know, despite LEED, we should be meeting the 2007 standard but 
it may be too late to switch.
