Big Green: Ventilation and IAQ

Dear Colleagues:

Speaking of "Ventilation and IAQ" does anyone have any experience to report, 
favorable or unfavorable, with respect to the use of CO2 control of VAV boxes?

I am most interested in learning about information pertaining to documenting and 
maintaining calibration of the CO2 sensors, effective useful life of the 
sensors,  the potential issue of over-cooling or poor temperature control, and 
the issue of errors associated with having to assume what the outdoor air CO2 
value is.
