Big Green: CBECS Space types to Target Finder

Hi all, looking for help with ES Target Finder score needed for LEED.

 

We have run into a question regarding LEED EAc1.  We are trying to determine
the Target Finder score to plug into the letter template.  When we checked
the energy star website, we are unable to find a space type that matches our
facility.  

 

We checked the frequently asked questions, and were directed to the 2003
CBECS National Average Source Energy Use and Performance Comparisons.  We
were able to locate a chart with numbers for college/university
(campus-level) in addition to Public Assembly both of which apply. We
understand that we can add the multiple space types in Target Finder but it
does not list these space types and we have no idea how to convert that
information into a Target Finder score.  Can anyone share what they might
know on this topic
