You should look at this web site...Hankensack University Medical
Cneter/Deirdre Imus Environmental Center for Pediatric Oncology went all
green...cotton insulation listed...I personally had visited this
hospital..very impressive...Also, I just built a green style environmental
home for our retirement using cotton insulation in our house in
mountains...wonderful....Go to this web site
<http://www.dienviro.com/s950/images/4pgr.pdf>
You can read about the pediatric hospital in New Jersey going green..maybe
some contacts there might help you out...
Good Luck

I'm looking for information independent of the manufacturer, including any
personal experience people have with performance.

Is cotton insulation a viable choice to replace fiberglass on a large
hospital? I'm hearing that the r-value and STC are unconfirmed, that there
are performance issues, and that the fire retardants may be toxic.
