Big Green: Looking for LCA/QC Firm

We are looking for a firm that has experience with both Life-cycle Assessment and Quantity Surveying.  This is for a very large, highly sustainable project in the Middle East.  We'd like to find a consultant firm to join our team who has experience in both of these areas and is familiar with the concept of combining both systems of measurement.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to accomplish this or specific firms people are familiar with.
