Please check the the excel spreadsheet model of UK Environment Agency
for calculating construction carbon footprint. It has been developed
for a major client of the built environment (EA) by Jacobs and is
currently being used in building flood defense programmes throughout
UK. It is fairly different from Mithun's assessment tool and includes
supply chain emissions, guidance and references. Besides excel
interface also allows the visibility of data used in calculation.
There are a few other calculators as well but this seems to be most
recent and accurate.
