Big Green: Paint for Basement walls

I had good success with UGL's Latex Base Drylok masonry waterproofer on
my own home. I cannot remember the actual VOC content, however I do not
remember any odors as well because I am usually pretty sensitive to
them.

Subject: Big Green: Paint for Basement walls

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good low-VOC paint to use for
basement walls? This is for a single family residential rehab.

Thanks
