Big Green: LEED Recertification

I don't believe that recertification will ever be required--they  
won't ever be in the business of stripping plaques off of buildings.  
But they will be ramping up efforts to convince the market that a  
LEED rating should be current to be meaningful.

LEED accreditation of people is different. You can expect continuing  
ed requirements before long, that will be needed to maintain your  
LEED-AP status.
