Big Green: enthalpy performance of residential energy recovery ventilators

I'm interested in measured performance studies of residential scale energy
recovery ventilators.  Particularly mass of water vapor transferred from air
stream to air stream.

Does anyone know if/when USGBC will requiring recertification under LEED-EB?
I am aware that they encourage LEED-NC buildings to recertify, but this is
voluntary until when?
