Big Green: pioneers of green building--who are they?

Don't forget important pioneers Bob Berkebile, Greg Franta, Don Prowler and
Susan Maxman. All are still practicing except Don, who passed away much too
early. Susan, in particular, gets too little credit for her ground breaking
projects in the early 90's, and using her tenure as first female president
of AIA to promote green design. (Full disclosure, I am an ex-business
partner of hers)
