Meredith,

You should begin by calling the manufacturer¹s representatives for these
products. They can all provide you with a list. Start with Glen Berman at
MechoShade or our local MechoShade representative, Bill Shannon at Shannon
Corp. Other manufacturers in our specifications include Draper, Lutron and
Nysan. Lutron has been very active promoting this product around the Boston
area.

For Architect and project contacts:
* Recently I specified this type of system for the Aircuity offices in
Newton, MA. They may be installed by now. Contact Tom White at Andrew
Cohen Architects in Wayland.
* You could also try contacting the folks at Architerra. We specified
electric shading for the New England Wild Flower Society project, among
others.
* Automated shades were also in the specs for the ICA Boston, but may or may
not have been installed. Try Greg Burchard at Perry Dean Rogers + Partners.
Of course, automated shades are in the documents for both the MFA Boston and
Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, but not built yet.

You could also ask your favorite Electrical Engineers.

Good luck.

I'm looking for project references to call regarding experience with
automated shades. Any thoughts?
