I want to say I read one from SMED 5 years ago +/- (now part of Haworth).
Though intermingled with under floor air distribution the issue was also
addressed in a CD Tate Flooring sent around. You might could interpolate
from that study. Obviously both are bound to be a little bias to their
product, but I remember the Tate formula to be pretty reasonable. It all
comes down to rate of churn and depreciation of demountables, and you¹re
going to be dependant on the owner¹s best guess for that.

Is anyone aware of any white paper, study, software to assist in evaluating
Gyp Brd walls Vs. Demountable partitions design layout based on multiple
variables including churn, LCA, etc?
