I did some research looking for a controller / data logger to operate a motorized damper as part of a natural ventilation system that could respond to an increase in either the temperature or carbon dioxide concentration and discovered the T775 Electronic Standalone Controller from Honeywell:

Big Greeners; 

I am having trouble locatinga control system for a residential project. 

This project is going for aLEED platinum plus and ADA. 

The project is a 2500 squarefeet 2 story house plus a 500 square foot basement on a subdivided lot. Thereis an elevator between the basement and second floor. The orientation and solaraccess is limited by the subdivision and trees on the South side. 

The envelope is a high mass,high insulation, highly airtight, with very efficient doors and windows. Thereis a geothermal heat exchange system with radiant ceilings for cooling andwarming and a small displacement ventilation system with a desiccant system fordehumidification. There is no refrigeration required and there is a small solarthermal collection system that will provide a portion of the heating and hotwater and some of the desiccant regeneration heat. The lighting will be LEDfixtures. There is also rainwater collection, water conservation, landscaping,etc. 

The original house on theplot is similar to this new house but has a geothermal heat pump and compactfluorescent lights. This new house mechanical system should reduce theelectrical peak demand by 90%. 

I need a digital controlsystem that can monitor and control both from both in-house and remotely. Thecontrol system will also include or be integrated with an alarm system andpossibly even a sprinkler system. 

Anyideas out there on manufacturers of control systems suitable for this project?
