Big Green: Restated original Question: Does LEED-NCv3 (2009) counts Alt. daily cover toward recycling credit?

I think there is confusion. Let me restate:

I am wondering if LEED counts using crushed up br=
ick from a site in the C&D Waste recycling credit if that crushed brick is =
sent to a landfill for them to use as ADC, alternative daily cover at the l=
andfill. Again I am not wanting to do this I am just needing to know how LE=
ED v3 (2009) handles that if it counts towards the C&D Waste recycling cred=
it or not.
